There are certain ingredients that you will be using a lot more of when cooking gluten-free. Keep your pantry stocked with these items so that you are ready to cook or bake when the mood hits you. There are also many grains that are naturally safe for Celiacs. Some are familiar and some may be new to you. This is a great opportunity to broaden your horizons.

Rice Flour (Good quality, finely ground)
